At Gourmet Treats, we believe simpler is better.

We make all of our cookies, cakes, brownies, and other tasty treats fresh daily from scratch, using only the finest, high-quality ingredients, with a focus on great taste. Using rich, decadent ingredients like fine Dutch cocoa, real fruit, pure coconut, and many others we create a an experience like no other, satisfying even the most sophisticated palates.

Gourmet Treats Baking Co. opened its doors
in 1998, led by owner Shaffin Jinnah.

Originally a snack foods distributor in LA County, Shaffin’s history in the business spurred him to defy the notion that snacks had to be unhealthy, and is determined to bring a quality, gourmet experience to local schools, coffee shops, and stores.

Armed with growing knowledge about food science and nutrition, coupled with a long-standing passion for food, Shaffin has created products that he is proud of – without compromising taste or quality.

We work hard, and are constantly searching for the best ingredients to make our recipes come to life. And as we learn and grow, our treats get better and better!

We have developed 3 delicious product lines that consist of scrumptious brownies, cakes, cookies, muffins, tea cakes, and more, baked fresh from our Kosher-certified bakery to you: Classic, Low-Fat, and K-12.
