Shipping Policies
- For orders to be shipped the same day, the orders have to be placed by 12 Noon Pacific time. Orders placed after 12 Noon Pacific time, weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.
- Unless specified all deliveries will be shipped UPS Ground (UPS transit time listed in the Map below).
- Overnight, 2nd day and Saturday deliveries are available for an additional charge.
- UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes.
- Alaska and Hawaii are only available by 2nd Day Air, unless specify for Next Day Air. There is an additional surcharge for this service.
- You may indicate approximate delivery date for special occasions. (Please look at the UPS transit time).
- We are not responsible for incomplete or incorrect address. Gourmet Treats reserve the right to pass along any additional correction charges from UPS to the customer.
- We ship to Canada; there are additional shipping charges.
