Quenches my lemon poppy seed craving!

I’ve been looking for healthier and less sugary alternatives for my favorite lemon poppy seed muffin and this is it!! I love that it has protein and it doesn’t make me crash (like the muffins do). It’s moist and full of poppy seeds! Just the right pop of lemon 🥰

Pretty Good, Decent Alternative to PB

The lemon poppy protein cookie is fine. I keep some around so that I have something for protein when I don’t want to eat the peanut butter one. Eating the PB ones every day or multiple times a week gets tiring. I do like it better than the oatmeal raisin ones.
